Using the cards as a catalyst, the vibrations of the 45 animal spirits
used within the set were captured and stored in a blend of local spring
water and alcohol solution.
The Animal Dreaming Oracle Essences aim to help realign on a physical,

How to use the Essences:
There are several ways of identifying
which essence is best for you.
By simply reading the indications (the animal's Dreaming) as outlined
in the ANIMAL DREAMING ORACLE guide book while considering
your condition or phase of life, you will easily find the one that is
most effective for you.
You can read the list of animals and their indications as they appear
in the contents page, and intuitively choose the card (and corresponding
essence) that speaks the loudest to you – the one that most clearly
resonates with your energy.
Alternatively, you may already have a bond or connection with an animal
in spirit as a totem or guide, and you may want to choose the appropriate
essence that corresponds with that animal, or you may have dreamed about
or visioned a particular animal. You may have physically encountered an
animal, for example, and may wish to understand that animal on a deeper
level.
Whichever way you choose your essence, it is suggested that you use no
more than three essences at any one given time for best results. 4-8 drops
rubbed onto the pulse points, 3 times per day is a recommended dose.
Alternatively, you can place the drops into a bath, and submerge your
entire body in it. Diluting them in such a large body of water will not
decrease the effectiveness of the essence, but we do advise that you avoid
bubble bath when using the essences in this way.
