Hi Everyone,

Wasn't February a lot of fun? Well, Scott and his family had a blast anyway. After several days of fully booked-out readings and workshops in Maylands (the Dreamcatcher and Drum-making workshops) and the Animal Dreaming workshop at Perth Zoo, they headed down to Margaret River for a well-deserved break. They had a fantastic time and only returned home last Monday.

As a result, Scott has asked that a huge 'THANK YOU' be extended to the participants of all three workshops for their enthusiasm, excitement and dedication to the process. He has already received many emails and phone calls offering positive feedback and gratitude for a wonderful time and - as usual - he is humbled by the response. He reminds everyone, though, that a workshop is only as good as those who attend - so thank you to everyone for helping to make all three events so enjoyable.

Drum Beater Workshop

Please note - this workshop is only available to those who attended Scott's Drum-making workshop in January, 2008 - sorry.

Where: The Cerini Centre
Park Road, Warburton VIC

When: Saturday, April 05, 2008

Time: 1pm - 4.30pm

Cost $85 p/p

During this workshop we will create a drum beater and (for those of you who want to paint your drum) design and begin the artwork for your drum. We will also make prayer ties imbued with intent and decorate our drums with feathers and beads, etc. When finished, we will then gather outside and awaken our drums together with sage and sacred ceremony.

What to bring:

lunch to share
a note pad and pen
sketch pad and coloured pencils (if you want to paint your drum)
any favourite feathers, shells, beads, etc that you may want to use to decorate your drum (optional)
